The Master of Science (MSc) in Human Genetics and Genomics is a two-year postgraduate program designed to build advanced expertise in human genetic variation, genomic technologies, and their applications in health and disease. The program combines structured coursework, laboratory-based training, and research, covering areas such as molecular genetics, genomics, bioinformatics, genetic epidemiology, and precision medicine. It prepares graduates to contribute to clinical genetics services, biomedical research, public health genomics, and academia, supporting the integration of genomic science into healthcare systems in Rwanda and beyond.
