The Master of Science (MSc) in Clinical Psychology and Therapeutics is a postgraduate program designed to train advanced practitioners in mental health assessment and evidence-based psychological interventions. Delivered over approximately two years, the program integrates structured coursework, supervised clinical practice, and research training, focusing on the diagnosis and management of common and complex mental health conditions. It emphasizes competencies in psychological assessment, psychotherapy, counseling approaches, and therapeutic interventions across diverse populations, alongside a research component culminating in a dissertation. Graduates are prepared for roles in clinical practice, mental health service delivery, academia, and research within Rwanda and beyond.
