The Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility is a subspecialty clinical training program designed to develop advanced expertise in the diagnosis and management of hormonal disorders and infertility in both women and men. Delivered over 2 years through hospital-based training, the program combines structured academic instruction with supervised clinical practice in reproductive medicine and assisted conception services. It emphasizes competencies in infertility evaluation and treatment, reproductive endocrinology, ovulation disorders, assisted reproductive technologies, and fertility preservation, alongside research and quality improvement training, preparing graduates to serve as specialist reproductive endocrinologists within Rwanda’s health system and beyond.
