&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;As a consultant&lt;/strong&gt;, he has served as an expert with different institutions in Rwanda and outside for Business Development, Talent Acquisition, Career Development and Coaching, Leadership Development, salary Benchmaking, man power planning, policy formulation, HR Outsourcing &amp; Recruitment.&lt;/p&gt;

He has an MBA-HR Management, (IGNOU-India), MBA Entrepreneurship &amp; Innovation, (Catholic University-Milan, Italy), BA-Administration (UCU), Dip. Management, Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and he has a world class certification as a Human Resource Director with Global Academy of Finance &amp; Management (GAFM) as well Certified Career Counselor with Post Graduate Certificate in Professional Career Counselling. Also Certified by ILO as an Employer and Business counselor.&lt;/p&gt;
