Delivered over 2 years through hospital-based training, the program combines structured academic instruction with supervised clinical practice in pediatric nephrology services, including dialysis and chronic kidney care. It emphasizes competencies in management of acute and chronic kidney disease, fluid and electrolyte disorders, hypertension, renal replacement therapy, and congenital renal anomalies, alongside research and quality improvement training, preparing graduates to serve as specialist pediatric nephrologists within Rwanda's health system and beyond.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
