Detailed Biography or CV :

I am a Rwandan who is working as a career guider, coach, facilitator, researcher, trainer, recruiter and independent consultant with high institution of learning in Rwanda and abroad.
I have over 13 years of experience in the above mentioned area focus including Human Resources Management, Man power strategic Planning and Career Development of which 8years have been at managerial level as a Director in public Service specifically with University of Rwanda. Currently, I serve the University of Rwanda as Career & Employability Specialist. I also work as seasonal consultant with Rwanda Institute of Management (RIM) as their Recruitment expert and HR consultant with Head Hunters International Consulting firm.
At international level, I represent Triune Biblical University based in USA as regional coordinator, Career Guider and an online seasonal lecturer.
Finally, I also work a seasonal consultant for Gratitude Inc. in INDIA as Senior HR Sourcing Specialist for Africa &Asia.

I hold an MBA-HR Management, Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and am a world class certified Human Resource Director with Global Academy of Finance & Management(GAFM) as well an active member of the Rwanda Human Resource Management Organization.

Unit’s role in supporting the college :

Graduates are facing Employability challenges at the labour market and University of Rwanda is working on reshaping learning styles and adaptability to the work environment in Rwanda and abroad. The main role of the unit is to carry out integrated Educational activities for increasing skills, knowledge and attitudes as well as resolving unemployment problems emanating from soft skills gap among the University Students.
